🔹 What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed onto fabric. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, dark and light fabrics — producing vibrant, stretchable, and long-lasting results.
🔹 What’s the difference between DTF and UV DTF?
DTF Transfers are made for fabric and apparel — ideal for t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and more.
UV DTF Stickers are made for hard surfaces like cups, tumblers, glass, and packaging. They’re waterproof, glossy, and permanent — no transfer tape needed.
🔹 What kind of designs can I upload?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds for best results. Vector files like SVG, AI, or PDF are also great. Not sure? Upload your artwork and our team will review it for you.
🔹 Do you offer gang sheets?
Yes! We offer custom gang sheets so you can place multiple designs on one sheet and get more for your money. You can upload your layout or use our gang sheet builder tool (coming soon).
🔹 Is there a minimum order?
Nope — no order minimums at DTF Express Boston. Whether you need one transfer or a thousand, we’re happy to help.
🔹 How fast do you ship?
We offer same-day shipping on most orders placed by 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday. All orders ship from Boston, MA for fast delivery anywhere in the U.S.

🔹 Are your transfers durable?
Yes! Our DTF transfers are tested to last 50+ washes, with excellent stretch, color retention, and adhesion. UV DTF stickers are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and made for everyday use.
🔹 What equipment do I need to apply DTF transfers?
You’ll need a heat press with accurate temperature settings. We recommend:
Temp: 305°F
Time: 6 seconds
Peel: Instant Hot Peel
🔹 Do you offer custom sticker or decal designs?
Yes! We can turn your logos or artwork into custom UV DTF decals or gang sheets for cups, packaging, branding, and more. Just upload your design and select your options.
